Brick Shooter is a logic puzzle game with brick-breaking, matching and sorting elements. Against a black backdrop, the player tries to remove all solid-colored bricks from a central 10x10 gray grid, earn the highest number of points possible, and unlock new levels.
The grid is bordered by a variety of colored bricks arranged into four sets of 30 bricks per set that form left, right, up and down rectangular panels. The player uses these panel bricks as projectiles. They can only shoot a projectile at a brick that's directly across from it along a column or row. As a projectile slides across the grid, a directional arrow appears on it.
When the player's shots align two or more bricks in adjacent positions next to or around a matching target brick, all the pieces disappear from the grid. The player can shoot from any left, right, up or down interior position on a panel.
Brick Shooter presents the player with increasingly complex brick patterns over time. As a result, the player has two options when trying to come up with methods to win. They can attempt to remove the bricks with projectiles alone or use special tools. In the lower-right corner, they can undo previous moves with a back arrow or remove any solid-colored or arrow-marked bricks on the grid with a hammer.
